The Ponávka A4 office complex consists of two interconnected buildings with a maximum height of 40 m. The connection is made by a bridge consisting of the 9th to 11th floors above ground. The floors are suspended on transverse beams that are supported by a prestressed U‑shaped girder in which the building service facilities. Prestressed internal columns supporting the floor slabs are suspended on the transverse beams which are reinforced by a prestressed attic beam. Steel rods supporting the outer edges of the floor slabs are anchored at the attic beam. The author of the architectural design is Studio Acht, Prague.
