Project “Implementation of an ERP Management System” focuses on the digital transformation of Stráský, Hustý a partneři s.r.o. The aim is to modernise key processes through the transition to the ERP Money S5 system, migration to the Microsoft 365 cloud environment, and the use of UNO and Power‑X tools.

The project responds to the current fragmentation of systems, high administrative burden, and complex data sharing. The new solution will provide a unified environment for project management, more secure storage and sharing of documents, efficient employee collaboration, and reduced error rates.

The implementation will increase work productivity, lower costs, and strengthen the company’s competitiveness. The result is a modern, sustainable, and secure working environment that will support the company’s long‑term development.

The project is co‑financed by the European Union through the Operational Programme Technology and Application for Competitiveness (OP TAK).
