A collapse of floor slabs happened during construction of multifunctional complex of three high-rise buildings of heights of 76, 78 and 89 m designed by another company. The rehabilitation of the reinforced concrete structure was performed. The project of strengthening of load-bearing structures of building B and the project of adjustments of design of building C were produced.

In the complex there are 432 flats, 117 apartments, lofts and studios, 16 commercial units and 783 parking places.
